Bluff View On The Hill strives to meet the needs of our guests.  Here are some of the added amenities that are provided during your stay: • Wifi: FREE (ask for pass code) • Banquet Center: available for rental o Family reunions, birthdays, etc. o Daily rate: $50, renter is responsible for cleaning ($ 50 fee if we are required to clean after our guests) • Ice Machine: ice available for purchase • Soda Machine • Full Service Laundry Mat: open to the public • Shower House • Pavilion Area: BBQ grills available for use by paying customers • $25 discount on boat rentals at Bluff View Marina, good for Mon - Thurs, on non-holiday weeks Local Attractions: • Clearwater Lake is only ½ mile away with a full service marina (www.bluffviewmarina.net). • Canyon Club has a 9 hole golf course • Walking trails • Jeep trails • Jeff’s Canoe Rental for float trips • Clearwater Liquor Store (in Piedmont)
